Ne funkcioniše usluga Western Union-a. I ako na sajtu Westerna stoji da su u njihovom sistemu plaćanja. Starija gospodja koja radi u menjačnici jako neljubazna.

It took me several weeks to think whether I should write a bad review. But, please, be careful with this place. I was using it for a while (10 times at least) to exchange rsd to euros and in the last time I was cheated on 2000rsd. The sum was 66000rsd and I exchanged it for 560eur. After checking my money at home I noticed that I have only 540e and it is 64000 rsd in a payslip. That was totally my mistake that I didn't check that but since it wasn't my first visit, I already started to trust this place. So I didn't count right there. Don't be silly like me—avoid this place or check your money carefully.

I am completely satisfied with their work, they are very conscientious employees. office, which literally saved me on a holiday, because... all bank offices and exchange offices were closed on May 1 and 2. And I needed to get cash for the trip through Western Union. Thank you for your work.

Хорошая менячница, работают быстро. Можно оплачивать счета по уплатницам. Судя по информации внутри, можно поменять рубли, но сам не пробовал.

I'm sorry to say that today I had unprofessionally experience . Previously everything was great , I would call them and ask for exchange rate offer and they would give me a little bit better offer then stated on their site ( sum higher than 500 dollars). I would come and exchange without any problems. But today (10 October) I called them around 14-15h and asked what is exchange rate for 700 Swiss franc and guy on phone said 122.2 ( official selling rate 122.8). He told me just to come and say that we made a deal for that rate (without saying his name, I didn't ask since previously everything was as agreed ). I told him that I'll arrive around 19-19:30 and my name. When I came, firstly they told me that they cannot make such a deal, then ask me what phone I called, and who told me that. After I said that I had already exchanged dollars and other currencies that way, and called the number I previously called that day (it rang in front of me), they said probably that they made mastake and told me the rate for dollars. Since it is to late now, I'll try tomorrow to contact their manager.
