The old lady with the blonde bob hair was extremely rude to me today. Firstly she asked in impatient manner, if I’m going to ask for something, because apparently she had other things to do (there was no other customers). Then when I asked for a money transfer to another bill she asked rudely why would she need to fill out the blank herself for me (maybe because you work there and that’s your job?) and then when I finally asked to exchange the currency she started screaming on me, that they don’t have dinars. I was barely holding myself up to not answer her in the same manner the whole time, I don’t know why would you keep a worker that just drinks tea and that’s being so extremely rude to the customers.

Будьте осторожнее с этим обменником. Выдали 500 евровую купюру, к сожалению не сразу заметили что она слегка надорвана. Заплатили за аренду квартиры и потом хозяин сообщил что он не может эту купюру обменять назад на динары. Хозяин квартиры даже ходил в этот самый обменник и мужик с круглыми глазами начал оправдываться что "они бы никогда такую купюру не выдали и назад ее выкупить не могут". Что теперь нам делать - не понятно. Вообщем никому не советую сюда идти.

They give foreigners damaged euro bills that people can't use anywhere in Serbia due to slight damage and miscoloration. Then when you complain to them even they won't take the bills back. Also banks don't even accept them. So make sure you get only crisp clean bills when you go here otherwise you are stuck with worthless money. Or just go to some other place.
